Leadership Coaching
Often managers and supervisors can benefit from individualized support to sharpen skills and successfully address challenges. This can be as a supplement to training or as an alternative for a sharper focus. Our coaching is action and outcome oriented. We focus on helping clients analyze a situation, make the right decision, and implement successfully. The process is fast paced, results-oriented, and based on careful analysis.
Organizational Development
Sometimes it’s the overall organization that needs attention. We design and conduct assessment processes to identify core issues. Then we help you facilitate sessions to promote team building, conflict resolution, problem solving, strategic decision making, and/or planning. These can be done as a retreat or a series of shorter meeting. We provide support to make the process as efficient and time limited as possible.

Non-profit leaders face a special challenge. Most of them come up through the program side of the organization and have a strong commitment to the mission and strong skills delivering services.
