These video clips powerfully illustrate interpersonal skills and strategies, greatly increasing the effectiveness of soft skills training. Full length training videos are expensive, often boring, and limited to a single program use. We’ve written a 40 page trainer’s manual to help you weave these clips into your existing programs and create designs for new programs. The manual includes an overview of how to use the clips from both a curriculum design and technology perspective. It also describes the skills each clip demonstrates, key learning points, the story line/introduction, sample discussion questions and follow up activities, and how to connect each clip to the others in the collection.
