Public Agencies

Krieger Solutions, LLC has been providing training to staff and leaders of county and state agencies for the past 23 years. We have trained managers, supervisors and employees from nearly every NYS agency on a wide range of topics. Public agencies have a unique set of challenges and a culture that differs in many ways from the private sector. We understand the public sector and our programs are designed to address these challenges. Most of our trainers have experience working in the public sector.

Agency leaders find our training designs help target the challenges they want to address. Participants find our training directly relevant to their situation. We can customize all of our programs to a public sector context.

In addition to training we have also designed and led team building initiatives for workplace teams and have helped facilitate planning processes.

We have also done work internationally with public and non-governmental agencies on behalf of the Peace Corps, the Organization of American States and the US Agency for International Development.
