Time Management Group Coaching Program
“Waste your money and you’re only out of money, but waste your time and you’ve lost a part of your life.” Michael Leboeuf
In this era of do even more with even less, people are constantly running to catch up and falling further behind. We’ve developed a series of strategies to help you get a hold of your time before it runs away from you!
We are launching a new training model that combines webinars, which provide information quickly and conveniently, with coaching, which provides opportunities for in-depth discussions about how to apply new skills and strategies in your individual context. Individual coaching can be extremely helpful in making real changes, but can also be costly. Webinars are lower cost, but without any follow up, rarely lead to real change.
Our goal was to find cost-effective ways to help people successfully learn and implement new skills and strategies. The result is our group coaching model; keeping costs low and combining the best of webinars and coaching. We are piloting this new approach with a focus on time management, since busy people don’t have the time for classroom training or long term coaching. This approach compresses the learning into fewer hours and increases the retention through small group discussions. And it’s all done remotely, so you don’t have to leave your workplace!
The program includes:
- Three short webinars released once every two weeks that can be viewed at your convenience.
- Small group discussions by phone after each webinar to help you apply the strategies to your work life.
- Groups will be limited to 8 participants to ensure time for full participation.
- Individual sessions available as needed at a reduced fee.
- A final small group phone discussion to promote long term implementation of strategies.
The webinars and discussion groups will all be facilitated by Alan Krieger, a highly skilled presenter, coach and facilitator. Contact us today for more information or to schedule this program.
