Alan Krieger
Business Trainer, Consultant and Coach
Alan founded his consulting practice in 1992. Since then, he has helped thousands of managers, supervisors and staff strengthen their “people skills” including leadership, team work, communication, conflict resolution, and time management.
Alan has conducted training for the entire leadership team of an organization and for the entire staff of small organizations. In addition to training, he provides individual coaching to help leaders strengthen their supervisory and team work skills. He has also consulted with organizations on ways to build better teams, increase accountability, solve problems, and improve productivity.
Alan has worked internationally as a trainer and consultant in the Caribbean for the Peace Corps and the Organization of American States, and most recently in Egypt for the US Agency for International Development through a contract with EDC.

Over the past 20 years, Alan has led Krieger Solutions, LLC into a number of other interesting ventures including:

- Producing video clips for trainers
- Conducting evaluations and needs assessments
- Publishing a newsletter and now blogging

Alan has an MS in Management from Antioch New England Graduate School and is a member of the Consulting Alliance board of directors.
Prior to starting his own business, Alan was the Executive Director of the New York State Youth Council, a statewide organization focused on youth leadership.
Alan lives in Duanesburg, NY with his wife Judith Prest. Alan received his BA degree from Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington and began school at the University of Rochester. He completed his earlier education on Long Island, in the East Meadow School District.
